How it works
Run a call for speakers, start to finish.
From the first submission to your final lineup: here's every step, and where Pitchr picks up the busywork.
Build your submission form
Add the fields you actually need: talk title, abstract, format, topics, speaker bio. Set your session formats and a deadline. Choose submission types too, so panels capture co-presenters and workshops capture capacity and materials. Submitters move through short, guided steps and review everything before they submit.
Share your branded call page
Your call gets a branded landing page, not just a form: a hero banner, a deadline countdown, why-speak bullets, your themes and tracks, a timeline, and your confirmed speakers as social proof, ending in a submit CTA. Speakers submit with no account. After they do, they get a confirmation email and can track their proposal status, received, under review, accepted, or declined, from a private link with no login. On acceptance that link becomes their speaker portal.
Submissions land in your pipeline
Every proposal drops into an organized board: searchable, filterable, and ready to review. No inbox archaeology, no shared spreadsheet.
Review with a scoped committee
Invite reviewers by email as a scoped magic-link role, no paid team seat, and assign them by track or type. Score on a shared scale, comment, and compare proposals side by side. Reviewers self-declare conflicts of interest, and disparity detection flags where they disagree so nothing borderline slips through.
Accept, with targets and changes
Pick your lineup. Set per-track and per-format acceptance targets and watch progress as you accept. Need a tweak first? Accept with changes opens a two-way conversation with the speaker, who can accept back into review or decline. Pitchr notifies everyone, accepted, declined, or waitlisted, with your wording, in one action.
Grow into your program
When you're ready, accepted talks become a real schedule, speaker portals, and your attendee app inside Gythr. Nothing to re-enter. Your call for speakers is where the whole event begins.
