Why we built Gythr™

Gythr was built by an organizer who lived the problem.

Before Gythr, I spent years running program logistics for conferences and large-scale gatherings. I was the person juggling ten tools, copy-pasting between platforms, fielding 7 AM phone calls when something broke. I built the spreadsheets. I was the spreadsheet. Airtable became my best friend once I learned how to connect the data.

Every organizer I know is doing the same thing. Every one of them deserves better software.

Gythr is what I wished existed. One platform. One data layer. Built around how organizers actually work, not how enterprise software vendors think we should work.

Gythr is a dream come true for me. Something I personally built, solving problems I lived in the real world. I'll be proud of it if it helps just one organizer connect the dots, one speaker receive feedback from their audience, one sponsor finally prove their ROI, and one attendee walk away with more than “that was fun.”

Impact matters to me. Tangible takeaways are a must.
