The honest math
Plus is $199/mo with a 2.5% platform fee. Pro is $449/mo with 0% platform fees. If you're selling more than $120,000 a year in tickets, Pro is cheaper than Plus.
That's a 500-person conference at a $240 ticket — which is also right where Plus's attendee cap sits. That's not an accident. When your event gets big enough that the math flips, the tier flips with it.
Add what you need, skip what you don't.
Flat fees, no revenue share. Turn on what your event needs, and leave off what it doesn't — you're never paying for modules you're not using. Everything here is included once you reach Pro.
Pitchr
Your call for speakers, without the re-typing.
Open a call for speakers, collect submissions, review with your committee, and — on Plus and up — convert accepted talks directly into Stage sessions, speaker portals, and your attendee app. The tools that stop at the CFP make you re-enter everything; Pitchr is where your program starts.
Lite on Free: review, accept, notify, export (up to 50 submissions). Full on Plus: free for free community events, $399/event for paid events, with one-click Stage conversion and unlimited submissions.
Lite on Free · Full on Plus · Included on Pro and Business+

$79/mo on Plus.
Included on Pro and Business+
Book
Resume book for career and hiring events.
Host a gated talent marketplace for your hiring partners. AI matching, tiered access, analytics, and a yearbook-style browsing experience. Flat fee — what you charge hiring partners is your business.

How Gythr™ makes money (and how we don't)
Gythr has four kinds of fees, and we believe in telling you exactly what each one does.
Access Fee. Your subscription — Free, Plus, Pro, or Business+ — plus any flat add-ons you choose. Fixed, predictable, published right here.
Platform Fee. A percentage on paid ticket sales through Gate. Free pays 3.5%. Plus pays 2.5%. Pro and Business+ pay zero. Free tickets are always free, on every tier.
Shop Fee. 2% when you sell merch through Shop. We only make money when you do. (And no — we don't take a percentage of your sponsor or hiring-partner revenue. Partners and Book are flat fees. Your deals are your deals.)
Processing Fee. Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, passed through directly with zero markup.
That's it. No setup fees. No per-seat charges — bring your whole team, on every tier. No “talk to sales to see the price” on Plus or Pro. What you see on this page is what you pay.
Worried about switching? We've got you.
Every paid tier includes the Switch Kit, hands-on migration help to move your attendee data, sessions, speakers, and sponsor info from your current tools into Gythr. Tell us what you're using and we'll figure out the fastest path to get you set up. No DIY import wizards, no “upload this CSV and pray.” Just real help from real humans.
And if you're using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp and want to keep them connected, tell us. Bridge is how we connect to your existing stack, and we're adding new integrations as design partners ask for them. We're not trying to replace every tool you love. We're trying to replace the ten you don't.
