4.2 Event Organizers

When you register for an event, the event organizer receives the registration information you provide, including your name, email, and responses to custom registration form fields. Event organizers are responsible for their own use of attendee data in compliance with applicable laws.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.4 Business Transfers
