Before generating, choose your options:
- Room / Stage — which room these cards are for
- Print Mode — Double-sided (content on the front, your event and sponsor logos on the back) or Fronts only
- Event Logo — shared with the Badge Generator; upload it there if you haven't
- Sponsor Logo — appears on the card backs in double-sided mode
Generating with AI
Click Generate Host Cards and Gythr writes a card for each published session in the room, drawing on the session details and the assigned speakers' and hosts' bios. For each session it drafts an impact blurb (a sentence or two on why the session matters) and intros for each speaker and host.
Prefer to write your own? Use Create Manually and fill in the details yourself.
Important
The AI writes from speaker bios and session info, not sponsor details — sponsor logos appear on the printed card backs, not in the spoken script. Always read the generated intros before the event; AI drafts are a starting point, not a final teleprompter.
Editing & Output
Every card is editable after generation — tweak the impact blurb, adjust each speaker or host intro, and add standalone Announcement cards for housekeeping notes. When you're happy:
- Download PDF — a print-ready file (double-sided mode lays out the backs for duplex printing)
- Save Cards — saves them so your hosts can view them in their speaker portal on the day
A live preview of the first page shows what you'll get before you print.
