Your Public Schedule & Attendee Bookmarking

What attendees see — browsing, filtering, bookmarking, RSVPs, and calendar export.

1

What Attendees See

Your Public Schedule is the attendee-facing page showing every published session, grouped by time with day tabs for multi-day events. The Public Schedule card on the Agenda landing page links straight to it — mainly so you can see exactly what your attendees see.

Attendees can filter by track, room, session type, and (when sessions are gated) ticket, and each session shows how many spots are left.

Bookmarking & Personal Schedules

Logged-in attendees can bookmark sessions to build a personal agenda. The bookmark icon fills in when saved, and a My Schedule view collects everything they've starred, warning them when two bookmarked sessions overlap.

Pro tip

Encourage attendees to bookmark as they browse — it's the fastest way for them to build a plan, and it gives you a signal (in Signal) of which sessions are drawing the most interest.

3

RSVPs & Waitlists

For sessions with reservable seats or a capacity limit, attendees can RSVP right from the schedule. When a session is full, the button becomes Join Waitlist, and they're promoted automatically as spots open. They can cancel an RSVP by tapping it again.

4

Calendar Export

Once an attendee has bookmarked sessions, they can Export .ics to drop their personal schedule into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app — so their plan travels with them, even offline.
