Managing Sessions & RSVPs

Use the session table to filter, bulk-publish, and manage reservations and waitlists.

1

The Session List

The Session List is a table view of everything on your program. Each row shows the title, type badge, time, room, tracks, ticket access, and publish status. For multi-day events, use the day tabs to focus on one day at a time.

From any row you can edit, delete, toggle publish, and — for reservable sessions — open the RSVP manager.

Publishing Sessions

Only published sessions appear on the public schedule, so you can build everything privately and reveal it when you're ready. Toggle a single session with the eye icon on its row, or select multiple rows and use the bulk bar to Publish or Unpublish them all at once.

Pro tip

Publish sessions as they're confirmed rather than all at once — attendees see your program take shape, and you avoid announcing a slot you might still move.

Managing RSVPs & Waitlists

For any session with reservable seats, open its reservation manager to see who's coming. You'll get:

  • Confirmed, Waitlisted, and Capacity counts, with a fill bar showing spots remaining
  • The confirmed list (with the option to remove someone)
  • The waitlist, in order, with Promote on each person and a Promote Next button to pull up the next in line
