From the Gate landing page, click Badges. This tool designs attendee badges and downloads them as a print-ready PDF — ideal for printing a stack ahead of time on a standard printer.
Generating Attendee Badges
Design and download printable attendee badges with QR codes.
Open Badges
Add Your Logo
In the Event Logo section, upload your event logo to appear as the badge header. If you don't upload one, the badge uses your event name as the header instead.
Choose What's on the Badge
Under Template Settings, toggle which details appear:
- Name — Always included
- Company, Ticket Type, QR Code — On by default
- Email — Off by default
The QR Code on each badge is the attendee's check-in code, so a printed badge doubles as their entry pass. A live preview updates as you change settings.
Pro tip
Including the QR code on the badge means attendees can be scanned straight from their badge at the door — no need to dig out their confirmation email.
Filter & Download
Use the filters to choose who gets a badge — filter by ticket type, and keep Confirmed only checked to skip pending or cancelled registrations. The count shows how many badges you're about to generate.
Click Generate & Download PDF to get a multi-badge PDF you can print.
Pro tip
Need to print on demand at the door instead of a stack in advance? Use the Badge Print Station, which prints directly to a USB label printer.
