Make sure your Series has at least two events, and that each of those events has at least one ticket type. A Passport is built from one ticket tier per event, so the tiers have to exist first.

Create a Passport (bundle tickets)
Bundle one ticket tier from each of your events into a single purchase.

Before you start
Important
If the event dropdown on the New Passport screen is empty, the Series has no events yet — add them from the events screen first.

Fill in the Passport
Open your Series, go to Passports, and click New Passport. Set:
- Name and page link, a description, and a What's included section (rich text) so buyers know exactly what they get.
- Base price — what buyers pay when no pricing phases are set.
- Inventory cap (optional) so the Passport can't oversell.
- Status — Draft, Active, Paused, or Archived.

Choose the included tickets
Under Included tickets, click Add event for each event in the bundle, choose the event and then the tier that the Passport should grant. You need at least two events, and every row needs both an event and a tier before you can save.
Pro tip
Set the status to Active when you're ready to sell. Draft and Paused keep the Passport off your storefront while you finish setting it up.
