Passport pricing phases (early bird → standard)

Raise the price automatically on set dates — early bird, standard, last call.

1

How phases work

Pricing phases let a Passport's price change on a schedule instead of by hand. Turn on pricing phases in the Passport form and add a row for each window — for example Early Bird, Standard, Last Call. Each phase has a name, a price, and an end date. The final phase has no end date; it stays active until you close sales.

2

What buyers pay

Buyers always pay the price of the currently active phase. When a phase's end date passes, the next phase takes over automatically. If no phases are set, the Passport uses its base price.

As you edit, Gythr shows a live line — what buyers pay right now, and when the price next goes up — so you can sanity-check the schedule before publishing.

Pro tip

Put your cheapest window first and your highest last. Phases only move the price forward on the dates you set — they never discount retroactively.
