A Series groups events that belong together — a conference week, a multi-city tour, a season — and gives them one branded public page where you sell Passports. You need a Series before you can build a Passport, because a Passport bundles tickets from the events inside it.

Create a Series and add events
A Series is the home for the events you want to bundle. Create one and add at least two events.

Step 1: Create the Series
From your dashboard, open Series and click New Series. Give it a name — the page link fills in automatically from the name (you can change it under Advanced). You can also add a tagline, a hero image, and an about section now, or come back to branding later.
Pro tip
The moment you create a Series, Gythr takes you straight to its events list — adding events is the very next step, so you never end up with an empty Passport screen.

Step 2: Add at least two events
On the events screen, pick an event from the Add an event menu and click Add. Repeat until you have two or more. Only events in the same organization as the Series appear in the menu; if the one you want isn't there yet, use + Create new event first, then add it.
Use the ↑ / ↓ controls to set the order events appear in on your storefront, and Remove to take one out.
Important
A Series needs at least two events before you can create a Passport. With fewer than two, the New Passport screen will point you back here to add more.
