Go to Interest Tags and create the tags attendees pick from, such as roles, topics, and goals (for example "hiring", "fundraising", "mentoring").
These tags are the inputs Gythr's matching uses, so a focused, well-named tag library produces better matches.
Pro tip
Keep tags specific and outcome-focused. "Looking to hire" matches better than "Engineering".
Attendees build a networking profile in Gythr Here: a short bio, their interest tags, and what they're looking for. Nudge them with a Comms message or an Attendee Alert before the event.
Watch opt-in numbers climb on the Link dashboard.
Open the Match Dashboard and generate matches. Gythr pairs attendees by what each one is looking for, scores every match, and explains why two people should meet.
Attendees see their matches in Gythr Here and can request a one-on-one meeting that lands on both schedules.
Use Match Campaigns to drop curated introductions at the right moment, like an investor mixer or a mentor hour. Set the time, pick the audience, and the campaign notifies matched attendees when it goes live.
That is the whole workflow. Profiles, tags, matches, and campaigns now run as one networking system.
