Managing Event FAQs

Write a question once and choose which portals — attendee, speaker, crew, partner — see it.

What Event FAQs Are

From Lobby, open Event FAQs. FAQs let you answer common questions once and choose exactly which portals they appear on — speakers, crew, partners, and attendees each see only the FAQs assigned to them. It's the simplest way to cut down on repetitive emails.

Creating an FAQ

Click Add FAQ and fill in:

  • Question — e.g. "What time should speakers arrive?"
  • Answer — line breaks are preserved and URLs are auto-linked
  • Show on these portals — pick one or more: Attendee Hub, Speaker Portal, Crew Portal, Partner Portal

A question can live on several portals at once — write "Where do I check in?" once and show it to everyone.

Pro tip

Scope answers to the right audience: speaker call-time questions go on the Speaker Portal, load-in details on the Crew Portal — so each group sees only what's relevant to them.

Where They Appear & Managing

Attendee FAQs show up in the Info tab of Gythr Here under "Frequently Asked Questions." Speaker, crew, and partner FAQs appear in those groups' respective portals. Reorder FAQs with the up/down arrows, and edit or delete them anytime. FAQs are published by default, so they're live as soon as you save (you can unpublish from the row).
