Link Up brings networking into the room

Link now runs the in-person side of networking. Set up tables and booths, let attendees book a spot for a one-on-one, host live speed rounds that pair the whole room, and give everyone a simple way to save the people worth keeping.
Give people a place to meet
Spaces and booked tables for one-on-ones
- ✓Build your spaces add tables, booths, lounges, and stage areas with a capacity and a location note, one at a time or in a bulk paste.
- ✓Book a table on accept when an attendee accepts a meeting, they pick an open table and time, choose their own spot, or decide later.
- ✓No double-bookings a table is locked the moment it is claimed, so two pairs can never land on the same spot.
- ✓On the schedule a booked table shows on the attendee's schedule, exports to their calendar, and sends a reminder before it starts.
Run the room
Live speed networking that pairs everyone for you
- ✓Start with one tap open the run console, press Start round, and Gythr pairs the whole room, rotating everyone and avoiding repeats.
- ✓Follow the screen each attendee sees who to meet, which table, and a live countdown, with a friendly break message when they sit one out.
- ✓You stay in control advance with Next round whenever you like, watch a live participant count, and end the session when you are done.
Make it last
Save the connections worth keeping
- ✓A recap when it is fresh right after a speed session, attendees see everyone they just met with a Save button next to each person.
- ✓Save from meetings too every confirmed one-on-one has a Save to network button, so a good meeting becomes a lasting connection.
- ✓A network that grows saved people land in My Network, a personal list each attendee keeps across every Gythr event they attend.
Private by design
You see the signal, not the people
- ✓Counts only your console and recap show how many joined, how many rounds ran, and how many connections were made.
- ✓Never who met whom the actual pairings are visible only to the two people involved, and they clear out soon after the session.
- ✓The value goes to attendees saved connections live on each attendee's own profile, fully in their control.
