Bridge

Integrations

Bridge is how Gythr meets you where you already are. Keep the tools you love, migrate the data you already have, and let Gythr's scanner read the badges you already printed. Today Bridge ships with full Tito support, with calendar, CRM, and Zapier integrations rolling out through 2026.

The Problem

Most platform migrations ask you to throw out everything you built.

You picked Tito for ticketing because it works. You bought Badgy for badges because you needed something physical. You set up Mailchimp for marketing because that's what your team knows. Each tool was a deliberate choice, and you're not wrong to like them.

Then you find a platform like Gythr that does more, and the assumed deal is: rip everything out, redo it from scratch, retrain your team, reissue your badges, re-enter your data. The only way to get the new thing is to throw away the old thing.

Bridge is built on a different deal.

Migrations usually mean abandoning the tools you already invested in

Existing data either gets lost or requires manual re-entry

Physical assets (printed badges, printed materials) become useless overnight

Built for real migrations

How Bridge met Black is Tech Conference where they were.

Black is Tech Conference 2026 already had a working ticketing setup before they came to Gythr. Tickets sold through Tito. Badges printed through Badgy. Hundreds of attendees already registered. Custom form questions already answered. A whole infrastructure built around tools that were doing their job.

When Black is Tech Conference migrated to Gythr, the obvious question was: do they have to throw all of that away?

The answer was no.

Bridge imported every Tito registration into Gythr, preserving custom form responses, original ticket types, and the exact attendee data Black is Tech Conference already had. Every imported attendee got a new Gythr QR code AND kept their original Tito reference, which meant their existing Badgy-printed badges still worked at check-in. Gythr's scanner was built to read both Gythr's own QR codes and Tito's, falling back gracefully so attendees could be scanned in with whatever badge they already had.

Nothing got reprinted. Nothing got re-entered. Nothing got lost.

That's the standard Bridge is built around. Not "switch to us." Just: "we'll connect to what you already have."

What Bridge does

Tito import Connect your Tito account, preview your event data, map your ticket types, and import every registration into Gythr in one wizard. Custom form responses are preserved. Cancelled and duplicate registrations are automatically skipped with a clear audit trail of why.

Tito webhook sync After the initial import, new Tito registrations sync to Gythr automatically. Anyone who buys a Tito ticket the day before your event still shows up in Gythr ready to be scanned in.

Dual QR scanner Gythr's check-in scanner reads both Gythr-generated QR codes and Tito's original QR codes. Attendees can use whatever badge they already have, including Badgy-printed badges from a previous workflow, and check in without issues.

Audit logs and graceful skipping Every Bridge import leaves a complete audit trail: how many registrations imported, how many got skipped, why each skip happened, and how each Tito ticket type mapped to a Gythr ticket type. If a row breaks, the whole import doesn't fail. It just logs the issue and keeps going.

Switch Kit (the human layer) For migrations from any tool Bridge doesn't yet integrate with, the Switch Kit is included with every paid Gythr tier. We do the migration work for you with real human help. Tell us what you're using and we'll figure out the fastest path to get you set up.

What's on the Bridge roadmap

Bridge today ships with Tito support and the architectural foundation for every integration that comes after it. Integrations actively being built or planned through 2026:

Calendar sync for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. Zapier for 5,000+ no-code tool connections. CRM connectors for HubSpot and Salesforce. Marketing platforms including Mailchimp and ConvertKit. Slack and Microsoft Teams for organizer and crew communications. Custom webhooks for any external system that can subscribe to event data. Embeddable widgets for ticket sales and registration on existing websites.

If your event depends on a specific tool that's not on this list, email rebecca@gythr.com. New integrations are prioritized based on what design partners ask for first.

Connected Modules

Bridge is intentionally focused. It doesn't try to integrate with every Gythr module directly. Instead, it writes the data it imports into Gate (the registration system), and from there it flows through the rest of the connected platform automatically. An attendee imported via Bridge can be scanned in through Gate, see the schedule through Agenda, get email through Comms, give feedback through Echo, all without Bridge having to wire to each module separately. That's the point of building on a connected data layer. Bridge does one job well, and everything else comes along for free.

Gate

Bridge imports register directly into Gate's registration system with full preservation of custom form responses, original ticket type mapping, and dual QR code support so existing badges still work at check-in.

Comms

When Bridge's webhook sync brings in a new Tito registration after the initial import, Comms can automatically send a Gythr-branded confirmation email. Bulk imports default to suppressing emails so test runs don't accidentally spam attendees.

Bridge is included in Pro and Business+. Switch Kit is included on every paid tier.

The Bridge import wizard and webhook integrations ship with Pro and Business+ subscriptions. The Switch Kit, hands-on human-assisted migration for any tool we don't yet have a Bridge integration for, is included with every paid tier (Plus, Pro, and Business+).
