Lobby
Attendee Orientation
Lobby is where every attendee, speaker, sponsor, and crew member gets the information they need to move through your event with confidence. Parking, Wi-Fi, dress code, venue directions, FAQs, all in one place, inside Gythr Here, visible to the right people at the right time.
The Problem
Your attendees are asking the same five questions. Every event.
Where do I park? What's the Wi-Fi password? What's the dress code? When does the keynote actually start? Who do I ask for help? You answered these questions in your confirmation email. You answered them in the welcome packet. You answered them on a sign at the registration desk. And attendees still can't find the answer when they need it most, at 7:47 AM when they're standing in a parking garage trying to figure out which entrance to use.
Lobby fixes this. One place for every answer, inside the app every attendee already has open.
One place for everything. Visible to the right people at the right time.
Info Sections
Write content blocks for anything your attendees need to know: parking, Wi-Fi, venue map, schedule overview, dress code, sponsor thank-yous, emergency procedures. Format them the way you want. Publish them when you're ready. Every section can be set to appear or disappear at specific times, so "Welcome to day one" shows Friday morning and "See you next year" shows Sunday night without you touching anything in between.
FAQs
For the questions attendees actually Google. Organized in a searchable question-and-answer format, separate from your info sections but living in the same place. When someone opens Lobby and taps "Where do I park?", they get the answer in one tap.
Every role sees what they need. Nothing more, nothing less.
A speaker doesn't need to read about crew check-in procedures. A sponsor doesn't need the volunteer break schedule. A general attendee shouldn't see the green room code.
Lobby lets you scope every piece of content to specific roles. Attendees see the attendee experience. Speakers see speaker logistics in the same Lobby view. Crew sees operations notes. Sponsors see their activation schedule. People in multiple roles see everything relevant to them, combined into one clean view.
You write content once. Lobby makes sure it reaches the right people without you building four different landing pages.
